Manage Border Delay Event

The ATMS can manage crossing delay at international bridge using a Border Delay event. When an event is added, it will appear on the map and in the notification dropdown.

Add border delay event

The system will automatically generate and update sign and broadcast responses from the configured border delay time systems. There can only be one border delay event in the system at any given time.

If the event is automatically created, the operator is required to confirm or reject the event. Once confirmed, DMS response will be auto accepted and published to the signs. The other response types will require operator to review and accept before publishing. Manage the response of the event, see section Manage Event Response Plan.
