Maintenance Events

The ATMS will be updated to allow users to manage Maintenance events entered through the portal. These events will be included in a list of Maintenance events accessible in the ATMS and will be automatically promoted to ATMS events at a configurable time prior to their scheduled start. Unplanned Maintenance events will be promoted to ATMS events when they are first created in the portal.

List View

The Maintenance Events list will be included as part of the existing Events Action Panel menu. The list will show all pending events from the C&M portal, and allow filtering by location attributes and source.

Event Details

The system will include event details views tailored to maintenance events. These views will identify the Type of event and information about the activity being carried out, the location and impact of the activity and the activity schedule. The details view will also include information about the underlying Maintenance Project.

To accommodate circumstances out of the ordinary when an event that has not yet been automatically promoted by the system needs to be managed as an ATMS event, a Promote button will be made available in the Event Details view. The promotion process will be similar to that of the external events.
