Construction Projects

Construction projects added from the portal are linked with the Construction Events. This will include Contact information and EPOs.

List View​

The construction Projects list will be included as part of the existing Action Panel menu. The list will show all existing projects added from the portal.

Filter construction projects by Project number and Contractor.

Event Details​

The system will include project details views tailored to construction events. These views will identify the project number, construction company and information about the activity being carried out, the location and impact of the activity and the activity schedule. The details view will also include information about the associated Contacts.

Click / to view detail of the project.

Add Project​

Click to add project in the portal.

Project Details​

  • Project Number: Assign a projet number to the project.
  • Activity: Enter the scheduled activity associated with the project
  • Construction Company: Enter the associative construction company
  • Description: Enter detailed description about the construction project.

Schedule​

Click Add Scheduled Activity to add schedule to project

EPO's​

The Project tab of an ATMS event associated with a Construction Project will include a list of the EPO locations associated with a work zone. The Details tab will also be updated to include an option to show EPOs on the event map.

Locations​

Click Add Location button to add the location of the project / activity.

Click icon if Begin location and End location is same.

Contacts​

Add associated contact file (PDF) to the project. Click Select File button to add the contact from system.

Click icon to edit the project. Click Save after editting the project.

Click icon to delete the added project.
