Schedule Truck Parking

The system will post parking availability to configured signs during the scheduled period. Schedule functionality is added to the existing truck parking posting capability. Two schedule periods will be definable, with a start and end time and a day pattern (e.g. everyday, weekday, weekend).

The system also allows signs to be configured to post outside the scheduled period. In this case the system will post availability messaging on a sign if any site configured for a sign has a no availability, with the posted availability showing as FULL.
